CROATIA
Zdravo or should we say Bog. We have been in Croatia for almost a week now and it has been amazing! we spent 3 nights in Pula and 3 nights in Split. Both cities have been beautiful, but i prefer pula. the hostels and hotels have been great and the weather has been over 30deg cel every day. the beaches are gorgeous and we have also day tripped out to Hvar. sarah has been with us for the last few days too which has been awesome! so good to see her and we are having a lot of fun. this afternoon we are taking a bus up to Zadar for some more fun and will be staying a few days there. the food here has been amazing too...especially the burek and gelato. anyway off for more fun...

Croatia sounds really beautiful & is from what I have seen on the net.It was really good to talk to you tonight,pleased things are going well. No doubt you will have fun with Sarah seeing the sights.Hope Daniel is survivng the 2 of you ok ;)

in case u dont know bog means god.anyway great yuse are having fun there.dont forget to try the cevapcici.i also want some pictures of them and try to bottle the smell for me.i have been to zadar myself couple of times and loved it.enjoy and please look out for each other.steve
ReplyDeletewhile being here, not only did the book tell us that bog means hello. but people use it all the time to address one another when saying hello and goodbye...so very strange
ReplyDeletei will have to ask mum about that.i know that its a common word but most times they use it in vain.and nothing to do with greeting.
