From Belgium we took a train up to Amsterdam where we stayed for 4 nights. The weather was again rainy so we took advantage of that and checked out the coffeeshops and local food,..
From there we went to Cologne and had an awesome time...heaps of site seeing eg the Nazi Documentation centre, Thel Ludwig Museum, The Chocolate Museum :D, The Sports & Olympics Museum & The Dom (which is amazing...google it). We also spent a lot of time enjoying the night life...Germany has really good beers and Cologne has a really good student night life.
We are now in Leipzig for another 2 nights before heading to Berlin...
